Terms of Use

Terms of Use

Effective date: 2026.04.12

The conditions for using Mustfit and the rights and responsibilities of users and the operations team.

These Terms set out the conditions for using the mobile application and related web pages provided by the Mustfit Operations Team, as well as the rights, duties, and responsibilities between users and the team.

1. Service

Mustfit provides workout guides, routine saving, public routine browsing and publishing, notification settings, support, and subscription-based premium features. The exact screens, features, and scope of the service follow the app screens and notices.

2. Effect and changes

  • These Terms become effective when posted in the app, web pages, registration, or login screens.
  • The operations team may change these Terms within the limits of applicable laws.
  • Important changes will be announced with the effective date and reason in a user-friendly way.
  • If a user continues to use the service after changed Terms take effect, the user is deemed to have agreed to the changes, unless a separate legal consent process is required.

3. Accounts

  • Users may use the service with a guest account or member account.
  • Email, Google, Apple, and other account-based login features follow the policies of each authentication provider.
  • Public routine publishing, support history management, and some paid features may require a member account.
  • Users must manage account information accurately and must not transfer, lend, or share accounts with others.

4. User obligations

  • Do not enter false information, impersonate others, or use another person’s account, content, or personal information without authorization.
  • Do not interfere with the service, servers, networks, or app operation.
  • Do not reverse engineer, scrape with automated tools, access without authorization, or exploit vulnerabilities.
  • Do not post routine titles, nicknames, requests, tags, or descriptions that violate laws, public order, or third-party rights.
  • Do not post another person’s personal information, contact information, advertising content, or rights-infringing materials in public routines, support requests, or other fields.

5. Paid services and subscriptions

Some features may be provided through paid subscriptions or promotional benefits. Payments are processed by app marketplaces such as the App Store or Google Play, and prices, billing cycle, free trial, and auto-renewal terms follow the store screen at purchase. Users must cancel auto-renewal through the relevant store subscription management menu. Refunds and billing corrections follow applicable law and the relevant marketplace policy. Mustfit does not directly store payment method information.

6. Public routines and user content

Member-account users may publish their routines as public routines. Author labels may be based on the public nickname set by the user. Public routines may be visible immediately and may be stored as non-editable snapshots after publication. When another user saves a public routine, it may be copied into that user’s personal routine without transferring or modifying the original public routine. The operations team may hide, delete, or restrict content when required for legal, rights, safety, or operational reasons.

7. YouTube content and workout data processing

  • Mustfit supports playback of publicly available workout videos from YouTube through the official YouTube player or other methods permitted by YouTube. In connection with the in-app video playback feature, Mustfit does not provide users with YouTube videos by downloading, storing, copying, editing, modifying, redistributing, or offering them as separate video files.
  • Mustfit may use Google’s official YouTube Data API and Google Gemini API to classify, organize, build routines from, and assist with recording video-based workout information. When processing data related to YouTube videos, Mustfit uses data only within the scope provided or processable through the YouTube Data API and Gemini API.
  • Workout information, exercise classifications, target body parts, difficulty, equipment information, and routine information may be generated based on public video information provided through the YouTube Data API and analysis results from the Gemini API. This information is reference information for workout recordkeeping and management convenience, and does not replace the original video content, the creator’s intent, or any official position of YouTube or Google.
  • Workout records that users create or save in Mustfit are user records separately managed by Mustfit. However, information provided by YouTube, such as video titles, channel names, thumbnails, video URLs, and public statistics, may change or become unavailable depending on YouTube’s policies, the creator’s settings, or the publication status of the video.
  • Mustfit does not provide medical, diagnostic, treatment, rehabilitation, disease prevention, or other professional health advice. Workout information and recordkeeping features in the app are for general workout management and reference only, and do not replace professional judgment based on the user’s physical condition, illness, or injury.
  • The display of any specific video, channel, creator, or workout information in Mustfit does not imply an affiliation, sponsorship, approval, recommendation, or endorsement relationship between that creator, channel, YouTube, Google, and Mustfit.
  • Mustfit respects creators’ wishes. If a creator or a duly authorized representative does not want their video to be displayed or used in Mustfit, they may contact minibisikr@gmail.com with the target video URL, channel information, information that can verify the requester, and the requested action.
  • When Mustfit receives a request from a creator or duly authorized representative, Mustfit will review the request and take necessary action without undue delay, such as stopping in-app display, excluding the video from search or recommendations, or limiting record linkage. Mustfit does not have authority to delete, modify, make private, or otherwise change the publication status of the original YouTube video on YouTube.
  • The availability, playback, public scope, metadata, and API availability of YouTube videos and related information may change according to the policies and settings of YouTube, Google, or the relevant creator. As a result, some Mustfit features may become limited.

8. Rights to user content

Rights to routine titles, descriptions, tags, nicknames, support messages, and other user content generally belong to the user. However, users grant the operations team a non-exclusive permission to store, copy, display, transmit, and review such content as needed to operate the service, display public routines, provide saving and sharing features, support users, and apply policies. The team may use non-identifiable statistical or aggregated information for service operation.

9. Changes, suspension, and restrictions

The operations team may change all or part of the service for improvement, policy changes, technical needs, security responses, or external platform circumstances. Service may be temporarily suspended due to maintenance, failures, communication or cloud issues, store policy changes, disasters, or other unavoidable reasons. Use may be restricted or accounts/content may be acted on without prior notice for violations, abuse, rights infringement, or service stability risks.

10. Intellectual property

Copyrights, trademarks, designs, screen composition, logos, databases, and operating know-how related to the service belong to the operations team or rightful holders. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, sell, or create derivative works from them without prior permission.

11. Account deletion

Users may request account deletion in app settings. After account deletion, account-based service use generally ends and recovery may be limited. Some records may be retained separately when needed for legal obligations, disputes, or security incidents.

12. Health and disclaimer

Mustfit is not a medical institution and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, or emergency response. Workout guides and routine information are general wellness and exercise information. Users must decide whether to use the service based on their health status, existing conditions, and pain level. If symptoms worsen or medical judgment is needed, consult a medical professional before use.

13. Liability limitations

To the extent permitted by law, the operations team is not liable for damages caused by disasters, communication failures, marketplace policy changes, external service failures, user fault, disputes between users or third parties, or content and functions provided by third-party services such as YouTube and app marketplaces, unless caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. If a dispute arises, the parties will first consult in good faith, and if no agreement is reached, the competent court will be determined under applicable law.
