Privacy Policy

Mustfit is a mobile app service that provides workout guides, routine saving, public routines, subscriptions, notifications, and customer support. This policy applies to personal information processed through the Mustfit app and connected web pages.

1. Information we process

We process information needed for account identification, workout records, public routine features, support, subscription management, notifications, and service reliability. This may include account identifiers, email address, login provider, profile information, routine names, selected exercises, workout start and end times, sets, reps, completion status, notes, pain scores, search or recommendation conditions, submitted YouTube URLs, public profile information, subscription state, device identifiers, FCM tokens, app version, locale, timezone, support requests, bug reports, analytics events, and crash logs. Health-related information is processed only when the user directly enters it.

2. Purpose of processing

• Identify users and maintain login sessions
• Save routines, run workouts, show workout history, calendars, statistics, search, and recommendations
• Operate public profiles and public routines
• Confirm subscription status and provide premium features
• Send push notifications and manage notification settings
• Respond to support requests, analyze bug reports, prevent abuse, and improve service stability

3. Public features

If you use public features, your public nickname, routine title, description, tags, exercise composition, published time, likes, saves, and other public activity metrics may be visible in the app or through shared links. Do not enter personal, contact, sensitive health, or private information in public fields.

4. Retention

We generally retain personal information until the processing purpose is fulfilled. Account and profile information is retained until account deletion. Routines, workout records, public profiles, public routines, saves, and likes are retained while the feature is used or until account deletion, unless deletion or non-public processing is requested. Subscription and support records may be retained as needed for service provision, settlement, dispute handling, security, and legal obligations.

5. Third-party sharing and processors

Mustfit does not sell personal information. We may disclose information when the user separately consents, when required by law or lawful process, or when urgently necessary to protect life, body, or property. We use service providers such as Google/Firebase for authentication, notifications, analytics, crash monitoring, and storage; RevenueCat for subscription status; and Apple/Google for social login, in-app purchases, and app store subscription processing. Some processing may occur outside Korea. Mustfit does not directly collect or store payment card or bank account information.

6. Sensitive information and wellness notice

Mustfit is not a medical institution. Symptoms, pain scores, workout notes, or health-related request details entered by users may be sensitive information. We process such information only when the user uses the relevant feature and only within the scope needed to provide the requested feature. Do not enter unnecessary health information or another person’s sensitive information in public or free-text fields.

7. Automatically collected information and choices

The app and connected SDKs may automatically collect technical information such as app session ID, device identifier, push token, platform, app version, timezone, locale, screen view events, error types, and crash logs. You may disable push notifications through device settings.

8. Deletion and user rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing for your personal information. Account deletion is available in the app settings. Notification settings can be changed in the app or operating system settings. Requests related to public profiles, public routines, and privacy rights can be submitted through in-app support or by email.

9. Security measures

We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including access control, permission management, token-based authentication, least-privilege principles, protected transmission, abnormal access monitoring, operational logs, and safeguards required by external service policies.

11. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when laws, service features, service providers, or processed information change. Important updates will be announced through in-app notices, settings screens, web pages, or other easy-to-check methods.
